Man to stand trial for impaired driving in boy's death

An Edmonton man will stand trial on charges related to crash that killed a two year old boy.

Geo Mounsef died in May 2013 after an SUV drove up onto the patio at Ric's Grill in Terwillegar, and pinned the toddler against the wall. Richard Suter, 64, has been committed to stand trial on impaired driving causing death, along with three counts of impaired driving causing bodily harm and another count of refusing to provide a breath sample.

After a preliminary hearing, the judge has ruled that there's enough evidence to go to trial.
